Seafood Linguine

Ingredients
  • Linguine 500 gram
  • Seafood (fruit de mer) 500 gram
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
  • 2 cups diced tomato
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil (chopped)
Directions
  1. Boil the pasta until it is al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside when finished.
  2. Meanwhile prepare your seafood in another skillet, drain (if necessary) and remove from heat when finished.
  3. Add butter to the pot used for boiling the pasta. Melt over a low heat and add in the onion.
  4. Allow the onion to cook until its translucent. Add in pasta, seafood, tomato, salt, pepper, and basil. Mix and cook over a low eat for a few minutes, then serve.
