Grilled citrus ribeye

  • ¼ cup Tipton Grove orange juice 
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice (2-3 limes) 
  • 2 Tbsp. Medeiros olive oil 
  • 1 Tbsp. Jade Dragon soy sauce 
  • 1 tsp. Marcum garlic powder 
  • 1 tsp. Marcum dry oregano
  • ½ tsp. Marcum ground cumin 
  • 1 ½ lbs. boneless ribeye steaks
  1. Whisk together all the ingredients, except the steak, until well combined.
  2. Place the steaks in a large zipper bag and pour marinade over steak. Shake the bag to ensure the steaks are well coated with the marinade.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Remove steaks from bag and discard marinade.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grease grill grates with grill spray.
  6. Grill steaks 4-6 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
  7. Allow steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
