I can’t find a product in store. What now?

As an island we depend completely on import. We want to apologize if we do not have all the items in stock. We are doing our maximum effort to continue to supply our customers the products they want in a safe and healthy environment.

How do I find out how much a product costs?

You can order your products directly on our website. To order directly please click here or you can order by phone on (+297) 699 3505.

What do I need to do when I am not satisfied with a product?

We are doing our maximum effort to have the best quality products available in our stores. If you have feedback on a product please email us at servicedesk@savemorefoodstores.com or visit our store with your receipt.

How can I sign up for the Loyalty program?

You can easily sign up through our website. Please click here to sign up.

I have not received my card yet

It can take up to 21 days for your Loyalty card to be ready. After 21 days you can pick up your Customer Card from your chosen Save More location.

How can I update my personal information?

Please send an email to customercard@savemorefoodstores.com with your Customer Card number along with the correct information.

Our stores accept cash, debit and credit cards.

What are the store hours?

Our store is open Monday - Saturday from 8 AM to 8 PM and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

During the holidays the opening hours may differ.

Do you sell gift cards?

We have gift cards available at our store. To request a gift card please click here.

Do you have dedicated hours for elderly shoppers?

Yes, our store is open daily for elderly between 7 AM and 8 AM to give elderly people the chance to shop comfortably.
