Bami Goreng

Ingredients
  • 16 mienestjes (250 gr)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  •  Bami/nasi vegetable mix
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • Handful of cashew nuts (unsalted)
  • 1 teaspoon of sambal
  • Pinch of paprika
  • ½ teaspoon of ginger powder
  • Pinch of turmeric
Directions
  1. Cook the mienestjes according to the packaging.
  2. Chop the onions and garlic and fry in the oil for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the sambal, soy sauce, paprika, turmeric and ginger powder and mix together.
  4. Add the vegetable mix and the bell pepper in small pieces.
  5. Stir fry for a few minutes.
  6. Drain the noodles and add the vegetables.
  7. And serve this delicious dish!!
