"'If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed', ye shall make and enjoy this simple, tangy, delicious grilled chicken dish!"
- 1/3 Cup Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 2 Tbs. Mayonnaise
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- Preheat the grill for medium heat.
- Mix mustard, honey, mayonnaise and steak sauce together in a small bowl. Set aside a third of that mixture for basting, and dip the chicken into the remaining sauce to coat.
- Lightly oil the grate. Place chicken on grill, and cook over indirect heat for 18-20 minutes. Turn occasionally, until juices run clear. Baste often with the reserved sauce during the last 8-10 minutes.
