Chicken Shoarma Wraps

  • 8 flour tortilla wraps
  • 500 g Shoarma chicken 
  • 2 small heads of baby romaine lettuce
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 tomatoes
  •  1 spring onion
  • 2.5 tbsp Original Spice Blend
  • Middle East Blend for Shawarma
  • 3 tbsp (olive) oil
  • grated cheese
  • garlic sauce

1. mix the chicken strips with the (olive) oil and Original Spice Blend – Middle East Blend for Shoarmaa. Let it marinate briefly.
2. Heat a frying pan and fry the chicken shoarma until brown and cooked through. Meanwhile, cut the baby romaine lettuce, the cucumber and the tomatoes into cubes. Cut the spring onion into rings.
3. Heat the tortilla wraps according to the instructions on the package.
4. Top the wraps with the chicken shoarma, lettuce, cucumber, tomato and spring onion. Add grated cheese and garlic sauce to taste.
