LUNCHBOX BURRITOS

Top with taco sauce and rollup and take 2 school in a lunchbox!
Ingredients
  • 1 lb Mild Pork Sausage
  • 2 Tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano Crushed
  • 1 tsp Iodized Salt
  • 1 minced Garlic Clove
  • 1/4 Cup 2% Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 6 Flour Tortillas

Preparation:

Directions
  • Combine pork, chili powder, oregano, salt and garlic: mix well.
  • Cover and chill over night. In a skillet over medium heat, cook pork mixture until no longer pink. Drain; keep warm.
  • Beat eggs and milk. In another skillet, heat oil. Cook eggs over low heat until set, stirring occasionally.
  • Spoon the cup pork mixture and the cup eggs down the center of each tortilla.
