Dutch Pancakes

Ingredients
  1. 4 eggs.
  2. 1000 ml semi-skimmed milk.
  3. G'woon volkoren pannenkoeken mix.
  4. Toppings



Directions
  1. Put the content of this pack in a bowl and add 500 ml milk while stirring.
  2. Mix the eggs one by one into the batter with a mixer or whisk.
  3. Add the rest of the milk and mix again until a smooth batter is formed.
  4. Heat some liquid margarine and/or (olive) oil in a frying pan and let the batter run thin.
  5. Bake the pancake on both sides until golden brown.
