For the Mushroom Pork:
- 2 packs pork chops
- Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
- Olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 pack mushrooms
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 cups white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef stock
- ½ tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with ½ tbsp beef stock
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup chopped parsley
For the Potatoes and Asparagus
- 5 potatoes, cooked in vegetable broth
- 1 pack asparagus
- Garlic and onion powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
