Chocolate Cookie Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients
  • 1 pack  Pico Bello vanilla or cookies & cream ice cream
  • 1 pack Amanhecer chocolate cookies
  • 4 strawberries or raspberries
  • Boni chocolate topping sauce
Directions
  1. Scoop ice cream into bowls
    • Scoop the Pico Bello ice cream into single portion balls (add more if desired).
    • Place ice cream into a bowl or cup.
  2. Prep the toppings
    • Roughly chop the Amanhecer chocolate cookies, making pieces of different sizes.
    • Split two Amanhecer chocolate cookies in halves.
    • Slice your choice of berries in halves.
  3. Plate up and serve
    • Drizzle the Pico Bello ice cream with Boni chocolate sauce.
    • Sprinkle on the chopped Amanhecer chocolate cookies.
    • Garnish with your choice of berries and half of a chocolate cookie on top.
    • Serve up.
