Cinnamon Sugar Puffs

Ingredients
  • 1 pack puff pastry dough
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 bar of chocolate
Directions
  1. Prepare the oven
    • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (~180 degrees Celsius)
  2. Prepare the pastry dough
    • Open the pack of puff pastry.
    • Cut the sheets of puff pastry in half or single portions.
    • In a bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
    • Place the puff pastry portions into the bowl and coat evenly with the cinnamon sugar mix.
  3. Bake the pastry
    • Place the puff pastry evenly spaced apart on a baking sheet.
    • Once the oven is preheated, add the pastry and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. 
  4. Plate and Serve
    • Chop the chocolate bar into small chunks.
    • Melt the chocolate using either the microwave or a double boiler.
    • Once the pastries are baked, remove from the oven and let cool for 3 minutes. 
    • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the pastries and serve.
    • Enjoy.
