Cinnamon Sugar Puffs

Ingredients
- 1 pack puff pastry dough
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon powder
- 1 bar of chocolate
Directions
- Prepare the oven
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (~180 degrees Celsius)
- Prepare the pastry dough
- Open the pack of puff pastry.
- Cut the sheets of puff pastry in half or single portions.
- In a bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
- Place the puff pastry portions into the bowl and coat evenly with the cinnamon sugar mix.
- Bake the pastry
- Place the puff pastry evenly spaced apart on a baking sheet.
- Once the oven is preheated, add the pastry and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Plate and Serve
- Chop the chocolate bar into small chunks.
- Melt the chocolate using either the microwave or a double boiler.
- Once the pastries are baked, remove from the oven and let cool for 3 minutes.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the pastries and serve.
- Enjoy.
