Ingredients
- 1 pack Pico Bello vanilla or cookies & cream ice cream
- 1 pack Amanhecer chocolate cookies
- 4 strawberries or raspberries
- Boni chocolate topping sauce
Directions
- Scoop ice cream into bowls
- Scoop the Pico Bello ice cream into single portion balls (add more if desired).
- Place ice cream into a bowl or cup.
- Prep the toppings
- Roughly chop the Amanhecer chocolate cookies, making pieces of different sizes.
- Split two Amanhecer chocolate cookies in halves.
- Slice your choice of berries in halves.
- Plate up and serve
- Drizzle the Pico Bello ice cream with Boni chocolate sauce.
- Sprinkle on the chopped Amanhecer chocolate cookies.
- Garnish with your choice of berries and half of a chocolate cookie on top.
- Serve up.
