Save More food stores Customer Card

Save More food stores provides a customer card to subject to notices, terms and conditions as set out below. By accessing the customer card, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read them carefully.

1. Privacy policy

When we use the term “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we mean any information that we directly associate with a specific person, or that reasonably can be used to identify a specific person.  For example, this includes your name, home address, phone number, email address, birthday and any other information that we tie to the customer card.

Save More food stores will use personal information for to set up of a personal customer card and for marketing reasons. Please refer to our privacy policy on the website for our full privacy policy regulations.

2. Registration

  1. Any natural person who is a retail customer of Save More food stores may register for the customer card. Save More food stores has the right to refuse any natural person to register for the customer card.
  2. For registration the customer can fill in the “customer card form”. This can be done online and in store. After filing it in the customer can pick it up at the customer service desk.
  3. The customer card must be renewed every 2 years. This can be done at the customer service desk.

3. Membership

  1. The Save More food stores customer card gives the cardholder the right to accumulate discount points, which Save More food stores, at its sole discretion, may translate to rewards.
  2. The card holder is responsible for the condition and use of the customer card. Save More food stores will charge a replacement fee of AWG 2,50 for lost or stolen cards.
  3. Every member can accumulate one point for every one Aruban Florin spent on products that are purchased at Save More food stores. Points will not be awarded retrospectively where the card is presented after the relevant purchase.
  4. The card holder may be asked to show a valid identification to the cashier when accruing or redeeming points to his/her customer card.
  5. Points on the customer card cannot be redeemed for gift cards or cash and cannot be transferred to other customer cards. Idem the customer card cannot have a negative point balance.
  6. Save More food stores has the right to deny any customer card where unauthorized use of the program or any suspicion of fraud occurs.

4. Save More food stores rights

  1. Save More food stores may change the terms and conditions at any time. Save More food stores will inform every member of the customer card about the changes.
  2. Save More food stores may cancel or withdraw any reward, points or membership of the customer card.
  3. Save More food stores may cancel the entire program with a reasonable notice to his members. This is a timeframe of 1 month.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Save More food stores (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Program, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:

  1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Save More control);
  2. any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference;
  3. any Program Registration Form, or correspondence that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Save More food stores) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Save More food stores ;
  4. any Reward;
  5. withdrawals, cancellations, variations or change as set out in every clause or arising from the Loyalty Program.
