White Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
  • 4 strawberries (or raspberries)
  • 2 packs of pudding (any flavor you like)
  • 1 cup heavy cream or ready-made whipped cream
  • 1 pack white chocolate, chopped
Directions
  1. Prepare the pudding mixture
    • Prepare the pudding according to package instructions.
    • Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form (skip if using ready-made whipped cream).
    • Fold the whipped cream into the pudding for a light texture.
  2. Add the chocolate
    • Melt the chopped white chocolate gently (using a double boiler or microwave).
    • Layer the pudding mixture, melted chocolate, and berries in dessert glasses.
  3. Chill Serve
    • Chill for at least 30 minutes 
    • Add your of berries or white chocolate as garnish before serving (optional).
