Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 can of tuna
  • Black pepper, garlic powder, salt
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cabbage 
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
Directions
  1. Prepare the tuna
    • In a bowl, mix the tuna with black pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
    • Mix until the seasonings are evenly distributed.
  2. Prepare the vegetables
    • Chop the garlic, cucumber and cabbage then add it to the bowl.
    • Dice the onion and tomatoes then add it to the bowl.
    • Grate the carrot into rough chunks and add it to the bowl. 
  3. Finishing touches
    • Mix in the Parmesan cheese.
    • Add the mayonnaise and combine everything well.
  4. Plate and serve
    • Chill before serving.
    • Add salad to serving plate or bowl.
    • Enjoy.
