Puff Pastry with Crab Salad Appetizer

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce or sambal
- 1 pack crab sticks (imitation crab), thawed and shredded
- 1 avocado, cut into cubes
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 pack puff pastry dough
Directions
- Prepare puff pastry
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the puff pastry into small squares or circles.
- Cook the puff pastry
- Bake until golden brown and puffed (about 10–15 minutes).
- Let cool to room temperature.
- Prepare the salad
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sambal (or hot sauce), and a pinch of salt.
- Add shredded crab sticks, avocado cubes, and diced cucumber.
- Mix gently to combine.
- Plate and Serve
- Spoon the crab salad onto the baked puff pastry pieces or serve separately with pastry on the side.
- Add cilantro as garnish. (Optional)
- Serve and enjoy.
