Christmas Ham

Ingredients
- 1 small ham for baking
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 1 can pineapple slices
- 1 jar maraschino cherries
- 10 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 stick honey
- Black pepper, allspice, onion powder, garlic powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp apricot jam
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (maizena)
- 1 pack toothpicks
- Aluminum foil
Directions
- Prepare the glaze
- Mix mustard, brown sugar, honey, butter, apricot jam, and orange juice in a small pot.
- Add black pepper, allspice, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Heat until everything melts together.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water.
- Add the cornstarch slurry to thicken it slightly.
- Assemble the ham
- Place pineapple slices and cherries on the ham using toothpicks.
- Pour part of the glaze over the ham.
- Prepare the ham
- Let the ham sit and absorb flavors for 30 minutes.
- Bake the ham
- Cover the ham with foil.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- Halfway through, brush with more glaze.
- Plate and Serve
- Place the ham on a plate.
- Brush more glaze on the ham. (optional)
- Enjoy.
