  • 1 pack Pingo Doce instant chocolate mousse
  • Coburn Farms Heavy cream
  • 1 pack Amanhecer chocolate cookies
  • 1 pack Pingo doce Churritos cookies
  • 1 pack Amanhecer chocolate
  • Aces Gummy Worms
Directions
  1. Prepare the chocolate mousse 
    • Make the mousse according to the package instructions.
    • Add heavy cream for a richer texture.
  2. Construct the mousse
    1. Crush the cookies into fine dust, leaving some bigger chunks for texture.
    2. In a serving glass, layer the cookies alternately with the mousse
  3. Finishing touches
    • Melt the chocolate.
    • Pour a thin layer of chocolate on top of the mouse.
    • Decorate with gummy worms and a final thin later of crushed cookies.
  4. Serve
    • Let the mousse chill in the fridge.
    • Serve the chilled mousse.
