Apple Pineapple Pie

Ingredients
- 4 apples of your choosing
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 1/4 cup sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
Directions
- Prepare the filling
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Dice the apples and add to the pan with the, pineapple, cinnamon, raisins, sugar, salt, and water.
- Cook for 6–7 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid burning.
- Thicken the filling (optional)
- Mix the cornstarch with 2 tbsp of water until fully combined.
- Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the filling thickens.
- Bake the pie
- Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust.
- Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- Plate and serve
- Remove pie from the oven.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Enjoy.
